Check our this Online Only Auction of some very nice coins. These coins are consigned from North Dakota and have been in their family for 3 generations. All coins will be picked up at our location in South Dakota. Shipping available at the Buyers Expense. Coins have been appraised and any grading or remarks are from the appraiser. Dean/Edwards & Associates, LLC Auctioneers will make every effort to describe the coins to the best of our ability but do not guarantee exact description of any coin and Buyer is bidding on their own expertise or experience. Most of these coins are Uncirculated coins and Brilliant Uncirculated or Almost Uncirculated. Coins may be viewed by appointment only by calling Justin @ 605-999-4239. 8% Buyers Premium will be charged. Any Invoice totals $100.00 or less will automatically be charged to the Credit Card on record. A 3% Convenience Fee will be charged to all Credit Card purchases.

This is one of the last Rural Commercial District Lots located in Davison County. There are no Load Limit Restrictions to access this property. Rural Water, Electricity, Telephone and Internet Services are available and will be the Buyer Expense to access these services.

TERMS: A 15% non-refundable earnest money deposit along with a signed Purchase Agreement is required the day of the
auction. No contingency for financing will be accepted. Possession at closing on or before November 13, 2020. Title insurance & closing service fees will be divided equally between Sellers & Buyers with closing to be held at Davison County Title, Mitchell, SD. Cash at Closing. 2020 RE Taxes due & payable in 2021 will be paid in full by Sellers. Information on this property was obtained from the Davison County governmental offices & is deemed reliable but is not guaranteed by the Sellers or Dean/Edwards & Associates, LLC, who  are representing the Sellers only in this transaction.
